1. The Reach Service

Reach provides a permanent professional digital presence. By purchasing a Reach card or digital license, you receive lifetime access to your professional landing page. Reach is a pay-once solution; we do not charge recurring monthly or annual subscription fees for our standard service tiers.

2. Hardware & NFC Replacements

Your physical Reach card contains NFC technology. While the software platform is yours for life, the physical card is a tangible asset. Issuance of a replacement card due to loss, theft, or damage is subject to a replacement fee plus applicable shipping costs.

3. One-Time Payment

All payments for Reach hardware and lifetime licenses are one-time charges. Once the product has been dispatched or the digital profile has been activated, payments are generally non-refundable due to the custom nature of the digital profile setup.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use your Reach profile to host malicious content, illegal materials, or impersonate other individuals. Breach of this conduct may result in the permanent suspension of your digital profile without a refund of the original purchase price.

Reach is a trading name of Pete Smith Digital. All transactions, support inquiries, and legal correspondence are governed under this entity. By using our services, you acknowledge this business structure.
